RN Branch Manager

This position offers you the opportunity to use your managerial skills as well as your nursing abilities. 
Duties include:
  • Overseeing clinical and clerical branch activities
  • Ensuring the provision of high quality patient care
  • Managing human resources in assigned branch.
  • Participating in community and customer relation activities
  • Monitoring agency risk-management activities for your branch
Managing a branch means you need to be able to work independently while operating as part of the Quality First Home Care Management Team. Other requirements include:
  • Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing (Diploma or Associate Degree)
  • Five years of general nursing experience and three years of home health nursing, including one year of home care nursing management
  • Current Tennessee registered nurse license
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to work in home environments of patients who may have values or standards different from your own
  • Facilitation of positive relationships among employees in your branch
  • Ability to make evaluations and decisions based on measurable or verifiable criteria
  • Ability to turn, lift, carry and otherwise transport patient
  • Respecting the patient’s privacy and maintaining confidentiality
  • Current Tennessee driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
  • CPR Certification
